Meet The Recipients

The support of the Crossland Environmental Scholarship Foundation has allowed me to further my professional development and get the most out of my degree. I have been able to take on field jobs relevant to the field of conservation, working with threatened and endangered species such as the Piping Plover, Louisiana Waterthrush, Cerulean Warbler, and Acadian Flycatcher. The financial relief has further allowed me to focus on my studies and commitment to volunteer work, rather than also working part time during the academic year. I am so grateful for the support of the Crossland Foundation as I enter my last year of my undergraduate degree, and look towards my future horizons planning my master’s degree.
